The Federal Reserve plays a major role in operating the nation’s payment system. This position will be responsible, as a contributor, in the analysis, design, development, and implementation of enterprise AWS cloud solutions in support of the US Treasury. This individual will be responsible for working with the development team and architects to implement application and infrastructure enhancements.
Responsibilities
- Understand current infrastructure and stack to employ best cloud solutions. Design cost-effective migration strategies, taking advantage of cloud services.
- Work with infrastructure and engineering teams to migrate portfolio applications to cloud services.
- Conduct analysis, testing, updating, and debugging, identifying bottlenecks and bugs in the system and develop solutions.
- Translate complex application stories, use cases, and business concept designs into functional, dynamic applications.
- Develop reusable and scalable code using industry standard software development practices, techniques, tools, and frameworks.
- Work with cross functional teams, integrate solutions, and handle data conversions and migrations.
- Be a technology leader and foster a learning and innovation culture within the Information Technology Division and across the Federal Reserve System
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with specialization in an information technology field (e.g., Computer/Management Information Systems (MIS/CIS), Computer Science (CS), Electrical/Computer Engineering (EE/CE), or an equivalent combination of related education and work experience.
- Typically requires at least 10+ years of relevant and progressive information technology experience directly related to architecture, design, and development of cloud and software solutions, ranging in complexity from department-class to enterprise-class.
- Familiarity with Industry cloud implementation and software development methodologies, standards and architecture frameworks is required.
- Demonstrated proficiency with some of the following technologies on a Cloud platform: cloud native services, Infrastructure as Code, Python, Java, GitLab, and PostgreSQL is required.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation) is required.
- Excellent organizational, project management and problem-solving skills is required.
- Experience using modern CI/CD pipelines using DevOps tooling (e.g. Git, Bitbucket, Bamboo, GitLab, Maven, Nexus, Fortify, Sonar, etc.) is required.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt and learn new technologies is required.
- Excellent initiative, innovative thinking skills, and the ability to analyze details and adopt a big-picture view is required.

About the Opportunity
The Enterprise Resources Planning department has an immediate opening for an AI Solutions Engineer, reporting to Senior Manager - Product Manager.
The Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Support Office seeks an AI Solutions Engineer with Cloud experience to bring AI innovation across our enterprise while building the Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) foundation that enables it. This is a ground-floor opportunity to be a part of driving how AI transforms HR, finance, and procurement—while establishing the cloud platform capabilities needed to scale those solutions.
You'll begin by deploying and configuring native AI features within ERP vendor platforms (intelligent agents, assistants, automation), then progressively build the platform capabilities needed for custom AI applications, advanced integrations, and end-to-end automation solutions that connect across the enterprise. Your cloud engineering experience will be instrumental in developing deployment pipelines and engineering processes as we mature our PaaS capabilities.
This is a fully onsite position located in Richmond, Boston and Kansas District location.
What You Will Do:
- Translate business and operational challenges into practical AI opportunities and technical solutions
- Deploy and configure AI capabilities in ERP platforms and products such as Workday and SAP Ariba (AI agents, assistants, automation features)
- Build custom AI solutions including intelligent agents, chatbots and automation leveraging Gen AI and LLMs as platform maturity increases
- Define and document technical specifications for deploying ERP and AI solutions and capabilities.

Job Description:
You will help administer and support Oracle databases with other DBAs within the operations organization. Collaborating with initiative and project owners to provide expert advice and support to enhance business outcomes. You will be part of the FRFS Technical Operations team that is tasked with overseeing the day-to-day operability of our nation’s payment systems.
Responsibilities:
- Perform research activities with a focus on complex data warehousing systems, automated ETL/ELT processes, data architecture, enterprise information systems, and project enhancements with Bank and System-wide impact.
- Optimize data warehouse performance through partitioning strategies, indexing, materialized views, and query tuning.
- Identify and analyze operational impacts of new projects, services, data warehouse infrastructure, enterprise information systems, and automated systems. Address moderately complex data-related customer issues.
- Support the organization with proposals for data warehouse architecture changes and enhancements. Provide input to the development and implementation of data standards, procedures, and safeguards.
- Work with management and staff across customer and service provider areas to define business and technical requirements for enterprise data warehousing and analytics systems. Communicate complex technical topics to non-technical audiences.
- Collaborate and communicate with team members to perform work, resolve issues, update statuses, and analyze and report on alternative data warehouse design solutions.
- Provide technical expertise in database and data warehouse solutions including DBMS tools and utilities usage, database administration, backup and recovery, database performance tuning and monitoring.

- Oracle Data Warehousing: Proven experience designing and implementing Oracle data warehouses including dimensional modeling, ETL/ELT processes, data integration, and performance optimization.
- Data Modeling: Familiarity with dimensional modeling techniques (star schema, snowflake schema), slowly changing dimensions, and data warehouse design patterns.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $96,800 to $223,400 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform hands-on maintenance, troubleshooting, and operational tasks on HVAC systems, including technical and administrative duties, following established protocols to ensure optimal climate control, safety, and uninterrupted operations.

• Conduct regular assessments of HVAC equipment, ductwork, and safety pathways to detect and address any irregularities or hazards.
• Diagnose issues in HVAC systems, assess performance, and propose upgrades to improve energy efficiency, cooling capacity, and system reliability.
• Collaborate with external contractors to ensure compliance with operational standards and protocols during HVAC system maintenance or upgrades. Coordinate and monitor contractor activities related to climate control infrastructure.
• Promptly escalate operational or system issues, particularly those affecting HVAC performance, to facility leadership for resolution.
• Identify and suggest improvements to enhance the maintenance and operational framework for HVAC systems and related infrastructure.
• Operate on a rotating shift schedule, including potential night and holiday shifts, as required to support 24/7 critical operations. • Control Center Operations: Use digital tools in a control center to monitor HVAC systems, manage alerts, streamline communications, diagnose climate-related issues, and allocate resources effectively.
Minimum Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience in maintaining and operating HVAC systems, climate control technologies, or related technical maintenance fields.
• Capability to work at heights and use ladders safely.
• Ability to lift or move objects weighing 50 pounds or more.
• Comfort sitting or standing at a workstation for prolonged periods.
Preferred Qualifications:

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Data Center Site Portfolio Management:
-Independently responsibility for at least one and occasionally multiple Data Centers.
Performance Monitoring and Analysis:
-Leads performance trend analyses related to capacity, temperature, availability, cleanliness, and other aspects. Identifies significant patterns, and suggests operational improvements.
-Proactively monitors facility health at all times (power, cooling, security) and develops and implements major enhancements.
-Partners across functions and regions to identify, measure, and improve processes in alignment with industry best practices (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma), lead significant improvement projects, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
Issue Management and Automation:
-Leads the on-the-ground resources to resolve incidents and performs accurate communication on execution.

Job Description
Work with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) team on the shared full stack ownership of a collection of services and/or technology areas. Understand the end-to-end configuration, technical dependencies, and overall behavioral characteristics of production services. Responsible for the design and delivery of the mission critical stack, with focus on security, resiliency, scale, and performance. Authority for end-to-end performance and operability. Partner with development teams in defining and implementing improvements in service architecture.
Articulate technical characteristics of services and technology areas and guide Development Teams to engineer and add premier capabilities to the Oracle Cloud service portfolio. Understand and communicate the scale, capacity, security, performance attributes, and requirements of the service and technology stack. Demonstrate clear understanding of automation and orchestration principles. Act as ultimate escalation point for complex or critical issues that have not yet been documented as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Utilize a deep understanding of service topology and their dependencies required to troubleshoot issues and define mitigations. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
