WHAT YOU'LL DO
In this role, you'll be responsible for winning and growing business for Braze AI by collaborating with the Braze sales team and engaging new and existing senior customer relationships. The ideal candidate has at least 5+ years of experience in one of the following industries: enterprise sales, consulting, marketing technology, AI, or marketing. You will need to bring an entrepreneurial mindset and index on action; you can navigate complex tech evaluations with Enterprise Brands, and you excel in fast-paced environments. You can collaborate well with others and gain leverage by enabling colleagues.
In particular, you will:
- Help lead discussions with potential new Braze AI Decision Studio customers
- Work with our pre- and post- sales teams, along with current and future Braze AI Decision Studio customers, to determine the highest-impact applications of our AI solution and help quantify their impact
- Enable your colleagues in AI Decisioning by training them on the nuances of reinforcement learning and its application in marketing
- Participate in Braze AI Decision Studio Proofs of Value (POV) motion to ensure they progress successfully, working closely with Braze AI Decision Studio’s technical Implementation team
- Communicate customer needs to Braze AI Decision Studio’s product & marketing teams, ensuring a customer-centric product roadmap
- Attend marquee meetings, events, conferences, and trade shows to represent Braze AI
WHO YOU ARE
- Experienced: 5+ years of experience in one of the following industries: enterprise sales, consulting, marketing technology, AI, or marketing, with a track record of distinctive performance
- Clear communicator: You are able to express yourself clearly and persuasively, both in writing and speech
- Executive presence: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, able to effectively engage and influence executive-level stakeholders
- Business acumen: You can understand the key drivers of business for a given company and interpret the best way to accelerate impact via AI
- Technology enthusiast: You are passionate about new technologies and their potential to impact business-as-usual

For candidates based in the United States, the pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $146,600-$172,400 /year, with an expected On Target Earnings (OTE) between $293,100-$344,800/year (including bonus or commission). Your exact offer may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to cash compensation, Braze offers full and part-time employees a comprehensive Total Rewards package that includes equity grants of restricted stock (RSUs) so that all Braze employees own a piece of our company.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
In this role, you'll be responsible for winning and growing business for Braze AI by collaborating with the Braze sales team and engaging new and existing senior customer relationships. The ideal candidate has at least 5+ years of experience in one of the following industries: enterprise sales, consulting, marketing technology, AI, or marketing. You will need to bring an entrepreneurial mindset and index on action; you can navigate complex tech evaluations with Enterprise Brands, and you excel in fast-paced environments. You can collaborate well with others and gain leverage by enabling colleagues.
In particular, you will:
- Help lead discussions with potential new Braze AI Decision Studio customers
- Work with our pre- and post- sales teams, along with current and future Braze AI Decision Studio customers, to determine the highest-impact applications of our AI solution and help quantify their impact
- Enable your colleagues in AI Decisioning by training them on the nuances of reinforcement learning and its application in marketing
- Participate in Braze AI Decision Studio Proofs of Value (POV) motion to ensure they progress successfully, working closely with Braze AI Decision Studio’s technical Implementation team
- Communicate customer needs to Braze AI Decision Studio’s product & marketing teams, ensuring a customer-centric product roadmap
- Attend marquee meetings, events, conferences, and trade shows to represent Braze AI
WHO YOU ARE
- Experienced: 5+ years of experience in one of the following industries: enterprise sales, consulting, marketing technology, AI, or marketing, with a track record of distinctive performance
- Clear communicator: You are able to express yourself clearly and persuasively, both in writing and speech
- Executive presence: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, able to effectively engage and influence executive-level stakeholders

For candidates based in the United States, the pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $146,600-$172,400 /year, with an expected On Target Earnings (OTE) between $293,100-$344,800/year (including bonus or commission). Your exact offer may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to cash compensation, Braze offers full and part-time employees a comprehensive Total Rewards package that includes equity grants of restricted stock (RSUs) so that all Braze employees own a piece of our company.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
This is the first design engineer role at Braze. You'd be joining the Beacon team to help close the gap between where the system is today and where it needs to be.
This is a senior individual contributor role operating at the intersection of design and code. You have strong design craft judgment and a clear point of view on what good looks like. You can originate design positions and you can write production code like components, tokens, or accessibility fixes. You'll contribute hands-on while driving adoption, mentoring designers, and raising the bar for system-level design craft, accessibility, and implementation quality across the UX organization.
You'll also help future-proof our design system by thinking about it not only as a resource for human collaborators, but as structured context for automated and AI-assisted workflows. This means designing its architecture, naming conventions, and documentation so that tooling, CLI interfaces, and AI agents can consume it reliably and without ambiguity.
Responsibilities:
- Own the design and technical direction of Beacon in close partnership with Engineering, defining what good looks like across interaction patterns, component behavior, and shared UX foundations
- Write production code: contribute directly to component architecture, token architecture, and the design-to-code pipeline, including Figma variables and sync workflows
- Partner with frontend engineers on CSS architecture, semantic HTML, and WCAG compliance to raise the bar for accessibility and implementation quality across the organization
- Mentor designers in accessibility, responsive systems, and implementation-aware design thinking
- Build automation and tooling that improves system compliance, efficiency, and programmatic access, including architecture and documentation designed to be consumed by AI-assisted workflows
- Drive adoption across product teams through contribution models, governance workflows, and documentation, without relying on formal authority
- Reduce fragmentation, track system health and accessibility metrics, and own versioning and deprecation communication to consuming teams
WHO YOU ARE
- Typically 5+ years in design systems, design engineering, or highly technical product design. Depth and quality of what you've built matters more than tenure
- Strong design craft judgment at the system level. You can define, evaluate, and defend what good looks like across interaction patterns and component behavior
- You write production code. Fluent in React and TypeScript, component architecture, modern CSS, and semantic HTML in a real codebase, not just prototypes
- Fluent in Figma, including variables, design tokens, and token-to-code pipeline workflows
- Experience driving accessibility improvements at scale: audits, remediation, or building accessible primitives from the ground up
- A track record of driving adoption across multiple product teams through influence and trust, not formal authority
- Comfortable in fast-moving environments with high ambiguity
This is not a role for someone who sits between design and engineering as a translator. You have to be able to originate design positions and implement them yourself.
Bonus if you have:
- Experience with Storybook or equivalent component documentation platforms
- Familiarity with modern frontend frameworks such as React in a component library context
- Built internal developer tooling, automated validation systems, or CI/CD-integrated quality checks
- Contributed to open-source UI systems or frontend and design systems communities
- Integrated design systems with AI-assisted tooling or automated compliance workflows
For candidates based in the United States, the pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $136,000 and $205,275/year with an expected On Target Earnings (OTE) between $160,000 and $241,500/year (including bonus or commission). WHAT YOU'LL DO
This is the first design engineer role at Braze. You'd be joining the Beacon team to help close the gap between where the system is today and where it needs to be.
This is a senior individual contributor role operating at the intersection of design and code. You have strong design craft judgment and a clear point of view on what good looks like. You can originate design positions and you can write production code like components, tokens, or accessibility fixes. You'll contribute hands-on while driving adoption, mentoring designers, and raising the bar for system-level design craft, accessibility, and implementation quality across the UX organization.
You'll also help future-proof our design system by thinking about it not only as a resource for human collaborators, but as structured context for automated and AI-assisted workflows. This means designing its architecture, naming conventions, and documentation so that tooling, CLI interfaces, and AI agents can consume it reliably and without ambiguity.
Responsibilities:
- Own the design and technical direction of Beacon in close partnership with Engineering, defining what good looks like across interaction patterns, component behavior, and shared UX foundations
- Write production code: contribute directly to component architecture, token architecture, and the design-to-code pipeline, including Figma variables and sync workflows
- Partner with frontend engineers on CSS architecture, semantic HTML, and WCAG compliance to raise the bar for accessibility and implementation quality across the organization
- Mentor designers in accessibility, responsive systems, and implementation-aware design thinking
- Build automation and tooling that improves system compliance, efficiency, and programmatic access, including architecture and documentation designed to be consumed by AI-assisted workflows
- Drive adoption across product teams through contribution models, governance workflows, and documentation, without relying on formal authority
- Reduce fragmentation, track system health and accessibility metrics, and own versioning and deprecation communication to consuming teams
WHO YOU ARE
- Typically 5+ years in design systems, design engineering, or highly technical product design. Depth and quality of what you've built matters more than tenure
- Strong design craft judgment at the system level. You can define, evaluate, and defend what good looks like across interaction patterns and component behavior
- You write production code. Fluent in React and TypeScript, component architecture, modern CSS, and semantic HTML in a real codebase, not just prototypes
- Fluent in Figma, including variables, design tokens, and token-to-code pipeline workflows
- Experience driving accessibility improvements at scale: audits, remediation, or building accessible primitives from the ground up
- A track record of driving adoption across multiple product teams through influence and trust, not formal authority
- Comfortable in fast-moving environments with high ambiguity
This is not a role for someone who sits between design and engineering as a translator. You have to be able to originate design positions and implement them yourself.
Bonus if you have:
- Experience with Storybook or equivalent component documentation platforms
- Familiarity with modern frontend frameworks such as React in a component library context
- Built internal developer tooling, automated validation systems, or CI/CD-integrated quality checks
- Contributed to open-source UI systems or frontend and design systems communities
- Integrated design systems with AI-assisted tooling or automated compliance workflows
For candidates based in the United States, the pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $136,000 and $205,275/year with an expected On Target Earnings (OTE) between $160,000 and $241,500/year (including bonus or commission). Your exact offer may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to cash compensation, this role qualifies for a comprehensive Total Rewards package that includes equity grants of restricted stock (RSUs) so that you will own a piece of our company.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
As the Senior Partner Account Director, Snowflake, you are responsible for defining and driving Braze's global strategy for one of its most critical technology partnerships. You will identify structural growth opportunities within the Snowflake ecosystem, establish long-term partnership direction, and align executive stakeholders across both organizations around shared commercial objectives.
You will operate as a core strategic leader within the Partnerships organization — shaping how Braze engages Snowflake, influencing product and integration priorities, and ensuring the partnership delivers sustained ecosystem impact. This is a highly cross-functional role, requiring close collaboration with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams at Braze and within Snowflake to translate strategy into measurable outcomes.
This is a high-impact individual contributor role suited for someone who understands the Snowflake Data Cloud deeply, is fluent in the customer engagement platform landscape, and knows how to build and execute a partnership strategy that drives real business results.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Define partnership strategy: Identify market pain points, ecosystem shifts, and structural growth opportunities within the Snowflake Data Cloud. Develop a clear global strategy for the Braze–Snowflake partnership that drives pipeline, product alignment, and long-term commercial expansion
- Drive executive alignment: Lead senior executive meetings with Snowflake's C-suite and Braze leadership to establish shared objectives, long-term commitments, and governance structures that ensure sustained execution
- Own global partnership direction: Independently set the strategic direction for the Snowflake partnership and leverage cross-functional teams at Braze to execute against it with consistency and accountability
- Establish governance and operating models: Design and implement joint steering committees, working groups, and cross-functional alignment forums that keep both organizations executing against shared priorities
- Shape product and integration priorities: Collaborate with Braze and Snowflake product and engineering leadership to influence roadmap direction, integration development, and joint solution design aligned to customer and ecosystem needs
- Set commercial ambition and targets: Define measurable goals for partner-sourced pipeline, revenue influence, and ecosystem expansion — and hold both sides accountable to delivering against them
- Drive commercial performance: Work with Braze Sales leadership and regional PAMs to embed the Snowflake partnership into active deal cycles, articulate joint value to customers and prospects, and translate partnership momentum into pipeline and revenue
- Represent Braze in the ecosystem: Act as a strategic ambassador for the Braze–Snowflake partnership externally and internally, positioning Braze as Snowflake's preferred customer engagement platform partner
WHO YOU ARE
- 8+ years of experience within the SaaS / technology ecosystem
- 2+ years minimum of Partnerships Experience
- Deep familiarity with the Snowflake Data Cloud — its architecture, partner ecosystem, and how enterprise customers deploy and expand it
- Strong understanding of the customer engagement platform landscape and how data infrastructure intersects with marketing technology
- Proven experience defining joint partnership strategies and building long-term execution plans across two organizations at a global scale
- Track record of securing executive alignment across partner and internal stakeholders, including C-suite engagement and governance model design
- Experience working with product and engineering teams to align on integration priorities and advance a technically grounded partnership roadmap
- Demonstrated ability to partner with sales teams — translating partnership value into deal-level impact and measurable revenue outcomes
- Able to operate independently in a strategic, first-in-kind capacity and embed partnership priorities into broader company-wide GTM motions
- Strong executive presence and communication skills, with a track record of influencing without authority across a matrixed, global organization
For candidates based in the United States, the pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $187,500 and $221,250/year with an expected On Target Earnings (OTE) between $250,000 and $295,000/year (including bonus or commission). WHAT YOU'LL DO
As the Senior Partner Account Director, Snowflake, you are responsible for defining and driving Braze's global strategy for one of its most critical technology partnerships. You will identify structural growth opportunities within the Snowflake ecosystem, establish long-term partnership direction, and align executive stakeholders across both organizations around shared commercial objectives.
You will operate as a core strategic leader within the Partnerships organization — shaping how Braze engages Snowflake, influencing product and integration priorities, and ensuring the partnership delivers sustained ecosystem impact. This is a highly cross-functional role, requiring close collaboration with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams at Braze and within Snowflake to translate strategy into measurable outcomes.
This is a high-impact individual contributor role suited for someone who understands the Snowflake Data Cloud deeply, is fluent in the customer engagement platform landscape, and knows how to build and execute a partnership strategy that drives real business results.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Define partnership strategy: Identify market pain points, ecosystem shifts, and structural growth opportunities within the Snowflake Data Cloud. Develop a clear global strategy for the Braze–Snowflake partnership that drives pipeline, product alignment, and long-term commercial expansion
- Drive executive alignment: Lead senior executive meetings with Snowflake's C-suite and Braze leadership to establish shared objectives, long-term commitments, and governance structures that ensure sustained execution
- Own global partnership direction: Independently set the strategic direction for the Snowflake partnership and leverage cross-functional teams at Braze to execute against it with consistency and accountability
- Establish governance and operating models: Design and implement joint steering committees, working groups, and cross-functional alignment forums that keep both organizations executing against shared priorities
- Shape product and integration priorities: Collaborate with Braze and Snowflake product and engineering leadership to influence roadmap direction, integration development, and joint solution design aligned to customer and ecosystem needs
- Set commercial ambition and targets: Define measurable goals for partner-sourced pipeline, revenue influence, and ecosystem expansion — and hold both sides accountable to delivering against them
- Drive commercial performance: Work with Braze Sales leadership and regional PAMs to embed the Snowflake partnership into active deal cycles, articulate joint value to customers and prospects, and translate partnership momentum into pipeline and revenue
- Represent Braze in the ecosystem: Act as a strategic ambassador for the Braze–Snowflake partnership externally and internally, positioning Braze as Snowflake's preferred customer engagement platform partner
WHO YOU ARE
- 8+ years of experience within the SaaS / technology ecosystem
- 2+ years minimum of Partnerships Experience
- Deep familiarity with the Snowflake Data Cloud — its architecture, partner ecosystem, and how enterprise customers deploy and expand it
- Strong understanding of the customer engagement platform landscape and how data infrastructure intersects with marketing technology
- Proven experience defining joint partnership strategies and building long-term execution plans across two organizations at a global scale
- Track record of securing executive alignment across partner and internal stakeholders, including C-suite engagement and governance model design
- Experience working with product and engineering teams to align on integration priorities and advance a technically grounded partnership roadmap
- Demonstrated ability to partner with sales teams — translating partnership value into deal-level impact and measurable revenue outcomes
- Able to operate independently in a strategic, first-in-kind capacity and embed partnership priorities into broader company-wide GTM motions
- Strong executive presence and communication skills, with a track record of influencing without authority across a matrixed, global organization
For candidates based in the United States, the pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $187,500 and $221,250/year with an expected On Target Earnings (OTE) between $250,000 and $295,000/year (including bonus or commission). Your exact offer may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to cash compensation, Braze offers full- and part- time employees a comprehensive Total Rewards package that includes equity grants of restricted stock (RSUs) so that all Braze employees own a piece of our company.
