The Samsung TV Plus group is seeking a Data Warehouse Engineer to support the build-out and scale of our Global Data Analytics & Insights (DAI) practice. We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Technology Leader to help shape the future of Broadridge’s Customer Communications business. In this high‑impact role, you’ll drive the evolution of our technology stack and ensure the successful delivery of a modern, scalable, and agile platform that meets the changing needs of our clients.
You’ll combine deep technical expertise, business acumen, and a hands‑on, “roll‑up‑your‑sleeves” approach to lead a global, cross‑functional team. Along the way, you’ll partner closely with business leaders, clients, and technology teams to deliver resilient, automated systems that advance our strategic objectives.
What You'll Do:
- Lead major technology initiatives that deliver transformative solutions using cloud technologies, event‑driven architecture, and composable systems.
- Develop and execute a strategic technology roadmap that aligns with business goals and delivers measurable outcomes.
- Collaborate directly with business stakeholders and clients to understand needs and translate them into innovative, scalable engineering solutions.
- Drive client onboarding onto Broadridge’s Customer Communications platforms, ensuring seamless integration and adoption.
- Modernize legacy applications by migrating from monolithic environments to scalable, platform‑based architectures.
- Oversee legacy system migrations, ensuring operational stability and alignment with enterprise standards.
- Own the full delivery lifecycle, from requirements gathering and system design to implementation and successful execution.
- Provide strong technical and organizational leadership to global teams, ensuring transparency, accountability, and progress toward key milestones.
- Champion engineering excellence by promoting best practices in automation, system resilience, and continuous improvement.
- Mentor and inspire teams, fostering an inclusive, innovative, and collaborative culture that drives results
What You’ll Bring
- 15+ years of experience leading large‑scale technology transformation or modernization programs.
- Proven success working with business stakeholders and clients to align technology initiatives with business priorities.
- Deep expertise in AWS cloud technologies, event‑driven architectures (Kafka), and composable system design.
- Hands‑on experience modernizing and migrating legacy applications to scalable, secure, and resilient platform architectures.
- Strong background in software development and application system design, with the ability to connect technical strategy to business value.
- Proven leadership of high‑volume, low‑latency, 24x7 transaction processing platforms.
- Exceptional planning, influencing, and stakeholder management skills with a focus on results.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to simplify complexity and build trusted partnerships across global teams.
- A proactive, growth‑minded approach—comfortable rolling up your sleeves when needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
Compensation Range: The salary range for this position is between $200,000 - $220,000.
Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.
