As a Sr. Data Analyst – Orchestration Analytics, you will create end-to-end visibility that enables decision-making across Target’s supply chain by delivering trusted analytics, insights, and data products that monitor network health and identify risk to drive operational action. In this role, you will own analytical workflows, dashboards, and ad hoc analysis that serve as a single source of truth for leaders and operators across the enterprise.
You will partner closely with stakeholders, supply chain SMEs, data owners, and leaders to translate business problems into clear analytical questions, build scalable data solutions, and communicate insights that improve operational service and cost efficiency across the network.
You will help evolve Orchestration Analytics capabilities by improving data quality, automating reporting, and continuously enhancing dashboards and metrics as business needs change. When challenges arise, you will proactively investigate root causes, surface risks and opportunities, and influence cross-functional partners to take informed action.

About you:
- 4 year degree in an analytical or technical field (Data Analytics, Supply Chain, Economics, Engineering) or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in data analytics, supply chain analytics, operations analytics or a related field
- Demonstrated proficiency in SQL with the ability to write complex queries, joins, CTEs, aggregations and transformations while ensuring data accuracy and quality
- Proficiency in Python coding including data manipulation, analysis, automation and contribution to shared analytical codebases
- Proficiency in Power BI (including DAX and data modeling) or Looker (including LookML development) at scale
- Experience with HTML, CSS, or JavaScript for advanced dashboard visualization enhancements
- Proficiency in data orchestration tools or APIs used to integrate multiple systems
- Experience developing semantic layers or curated datasets that serve as enterprise sources of truth
- Strong analytical problem-solver, able to navigate ambiguity, apply statistical thinking, and uncover actionable insights from large, complex datasets.
- Effective cross-functional communicator and influencer, translating complex analysis into clear recommendations and partnering across operators, engineers, and leaders to drive network visibility and performance.
- Operationally grounded and adaptable, with supply chain knowledge, experience supporting orchestration solutions, and the ability to balance planned and rapid-response priorities while mentoring others.
This position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Target’s needs. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member’s core role will need to be performed both onsite at the Target HQ MN location the role is assigned to and virtually, depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day. Purpose:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Threat Detection & Incident Response Manager to join our global efforts in enhancing our cybersecurity posture through innovative services and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of cybersecurity principles, extensive experience in cyber defense technologies, and the ability to drive strategic initiatives in a fast-paced environment. The primary responsibility is to investigate and respond to business impacting IT Security incidents ensuring timely and accurate incident validation, containment, and recovery.
This role will interface with many stakeholders inside and outside of ISRM to ensure alignment and readiness to respond to IT Security incidents, evaluate tools and procedures, and provide guidance and direction as a top subject matter expert on digital forensics and incident response to the rest of the incident response team.
You will be responsible for:
- Digital Forensics and Incident Response. Perform active investigation and response to IT security alerts and incidents. Perform root cause analysis and remediation of material security risks.
- Major Incident Response. Support major incident response activities as either an individual contributor (performing digital forensics and incident response) or response commander (performing overall leadership and management of the major incident). Engage various stakeholders inside and outside of IT/Security, and provide status updates to leadership. Participate in on-call rotation to receive and review incident escalations ahead of major incident response team activation
- Evaluate and implement enhancements to tooling, documentation/runbooks, detection logic, and/or implement proactive improvements to prevent or detect future incidents.
- Team Development. Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
- Tool Evaluation and Selection. Evaluate and recommend cybersecurity tools and technologies that enhance response capabilities.
- Risk Management. Identify potential risks and vulnerabilities in systems and processes and coordinate mitigation of them.
- Threat Intelligence and Analysis. Utilize threat intelligence to inform response efforts and to bolster proactive defense measures.

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
