Overview
The SRE Community of Practice (CoP) Senior Implementation Lead is responsible for driving the adoption, standardization, and maturity of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices across the organization. Key Responsibilities
SRE Practice Implementation & Governance
- Lead the strategic implementation of SRE frameworks, aligning with global best practices and business objectives.

Continuous Improvement & Innovation
- Evaluate emerging trends in SRE, DevOps, and AI-driven reliability engineering to drive innovation.
- Establish a feedback loop to measure the impact of SRE initiatives and continuously refine strategies.
- Promote resilience engineering techniques to proactively identify and mitigate failure points.
Qualifications & Experience
- 10+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, platform engineering, or software reliability engineering roles.
- Strong understanding of SRE principles, cloud-native architectures, modern hybrid architectures, and observability practices.
- Hands-on experience with automation, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring tools (Dynatrace, Prometheus, Splunk, Azure Monitor), and incident management frameworks.

Role Overview
The Specialist, Business Management role sits within the Investment Operations / COO organization and operates at the crossroads of Fee Billing execution, revenue oversight platform development, and business analysis. This role is critical to ensuring the accuracy, transparency, scalability, and future-state evolution of the firm’s fee billing and revenue oversight capabilities.
The Specialist will partner closely with the Fee Billing Team, OCIO and Investment Operations stakeholders, Technology, and Data teams to support the end-to-end invoicing lifecycle while also leading business analysis and requirements definition for enhancements to the Revenue Oversight Platform. The role blends hands-on operational support with analytical rigor, project governance, and strong technical fluency in SQL and Snowflake.
Key Responsibilities
Fee Billing & Revenue Operations Support
- Support the end-to-end invoicing lifecycle, including development, compilation, review, validation, and distribution of client invoices across multiple asset classes and product structures.
- Act as a subject matter expert on fee billing processes, fee schedules, and underlying data flows, proactively identifying risks, breaks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Partner with the Fee Billing Team to investigate and resolve complex billing exceptions, discrepancies, and client inquiries.
- Embed strong risk mitigation, controls, and documentation into all billing and revenue-related processes.
Revenue Oversight Platform Development
- Support the design, build, and ongoing enhancement of the Revenue Oversight Platform, serving as a key liaison between business users and technology teams.

Seeking an individual contributor Sr Lead to drive secure enablement of Microsoft 365 Copilot and enterprise AI capabilities within the Data Protection Control Engineering team. Design and implement Copilot-related controls spanning Information Protection labeling, DLP, Endpoint DLP, Insider Risk, Communication Compliance, Data Lifecycle Management, and DSPM for AI.

Role Description
Northern Trust seeks a Cybersecurity AI Delivery Lead to drive execution of strategic cybersecurity projects and programs that enable secure adoption and operation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) including agentic AI systems and Large Language Models (LLMs.) The Delivery Lead ensures AI solutions are designed and implemented with appropriate identity controls for both human and non-human/agent identities, robust data protection and privacy controls for prompts and training data, and operational monitoring and response controls for AI-enabled services and workloads.
Major Duties
Program Delivery:
- Lead global, cross-functional teams consisting of security engineers, platform engineers, data/ML engineers, product owners, and consultants to drive successful execution of strategic cybersecurity and AI security projects and programs.
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to define expected benefits, risk-reduction outcomes, and measurable control objectives for AI-enabled capabilities; ensure successful achievement through project completion.
- Plan and execute delivery of AI-related IAM controls (e.g., workload identities, managed identities/service principals, least privilege, approval workflows, secrets/key management) to govern access by AI services and autonomous agents.
- Plan and execute delivery of AI-related data protection controls (e.g., data classification, DLP, encryption/key management, retention, masking/tokenization, prompt/response handling, embedding and vector store protections) aligned to enterprise privacy and regulatory requirements.
- Plan and execute delivery of AI-related security operations controls (e.g., logging/telemetry for AI requests, abuse monitoring, anomaly detection, SIEM/SOAR integrations, incident response playbooks, red teaming, and continuous validation).
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure successful project completion. This includes AI-specific threats such as prompt injection, sensitive information disclosure, excessive agency, insecure output handling, and model theft.
- Develop integrated project schedules including effort estimates and task sequencing; ensure projects are optimally coordinated across product teams, control owners, and platform teams for efficient delivery.
- Lead resolution of conflicts and escalations in support of project or program delivery.
- Create and submit weekly project/program status reports that are accurate, timely, and comply with team guidelines; provide clear, executive-ready risk and decision narratives.
- Establish and maintain a project artifact repository; review deliverables to ensure quality and adherence to internal software delivery methodology as well as AI lifecycle governance.
Communication and Stakeholder Management:
