Position Summary

This position offers an opportunity to partner closely with the Refining organization to develop and deliver IT solutions aligned with strategic reliability objectives. The role plays a key part in translating business needs into practical, scalable solutions that support Reliability related work processes while ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and technology direction.

The role supports research, scoping, design, and enhancement of systems and processes that enable safer, more reliable, and more efficient operations. By working directly with the Strategic Reliability team, subject matter experts and other business stakeholders, this position helps ensure solutions are reliable, value added, and fit for real-world use by both corporate and sites, ultimately improving how reliability is monitored and executed.

The successful candidate will join a cross-functional team delivering solutions with varying levels of business definition, maturity, and sponsorship. This role requires the ability to understand end-to-end processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and collaborate across IT and business teams to drive meaningful, sustainable change. Familiarity with Maintenance and Reliability practices, a continuous improvement mindset, and experience working in Agile delivery teams will contribute to success, along with a solid understanding of change management and the software development lifecycle.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other computer-related degree required.
• 10+ years of diversified IT experience​
• 3+ years of direct or indirect leadership experience​
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams, including management of exempt professional staff.​
• Demonstrated ability to deliver IT products or services aligned with business strategy, including oversight of project timelines and vendor relationships.​
• Experience driving change management initiatives, ensuring adoption, and achieving short- to medium-term business goals.​
• Demonstrated ability to adapt and execute plans based on established strategies and organizational objectives.
