As the Senior Technical Product Manager for the Everquote Remarketing Platform, you play a critical role in the connection of insurance shoppers and insurance providers through Email and SMS communication. You drive transformative growth for EverQuote via seamless technology solutions that sit at the heart of our organization’s core mission and largest revenue priority opportunities.
Technical Product Managers at Everquote are curious self-starters with a passion for delivering business outcomes through technology. You have a specialization in more technical products and customers, but you remain customer-first in your thinking and prioritization in a way that aligns with the objectives of our larger business.
As the Senior Technical Product Manager of the Remarketing Platform, you will envision, design, deliver, plan, and drive technical product innovations and tooling to enable critical business operations for how we remarket and re-engage our shoppers. You own the roadmap, adoption, operation, business value, and life cycle of the email and sms platforms at EverQuote. You own relationships with the users of your technology, both technical and non-technical, and you partner with stakeholders to define and execute a strategy that drives value-multiplied outcomes for our business. You are data-driven in your thinking and lead discussions with data. You build partnerships -- up, down, and across -- with other Product Managers, Engineers, Architects, Analysts, and Business stakeholders. You define metrics to measure progress and value of output and regularly provide direct visibility to senior leadership on all aspects of your product(s).
As the Senior Technical Product Manager of the Remarketing platform, you are comfortable with ambiguity and possess an ownership mentality to drive structure for delivery of output and outcomes of our remarketing programs. You are analytical and possess excellent problem-solving skills. You communicate proactively with clarity, both orally and in writing, and excel in stakeholder relationship management. You have a strong background in Product Management, with experience in software agile development cycles and in managing and delivering large cross-functional programs. You have passion, a team mentality in an evolving environment, and are able to respond to escalations with data and technical analysis.

Employees, depending on their specific role, level and responsibilities, may be eligible to participate in company variable compensation or equity programs.
What you’ll do:
- Identify the needs and requirements of the products and features that your platform supports, ensuring alignment with cross-functional teams on your roadmap and building runway for fast and efficient development.
- Set and manage product performance KPIs in a way that has a positive, scalable impact on business metrics. Proactively communicate trends and identify a clear connection between the product and the business objectives and outcomes that matter to a wide breadth of stakeholders and customers.
- Own and iterate the Remarketing Platform products towards scalably, deliverability, and sustainably to ensure value delivery keeps alignment with the business objectives.
- Manage remarketing deliverability and ESP relationships and own platform stability
- Apply feedback from technical and non-technical customers alike to drive decisions about the business outcomes delivered.

- Ensure that all work taken into a sprint has been prioritized, groomed, pointed and that team members have as much context and as little disruption as possible to deliver
- Follow work through to the end value, not just to the end of your team’s work
- Work closely with other teams & functions to coordinate dependencies and remove obstacles for your team along the way
- Possess a growth mindset and curiosity for how things work and how they could be better.
