Job Summary:

The OnPoint Marketing Operations team is hiring an Audience Segmentation Manager, who will bridge strategic planning and technical execution to implement personalized digital marketing at scale. This person will be considered a deep subject matter expert in developing and managing segmentation strategies that leverage multiple data sources.

A current Marketing Cloud Consultant Certification from Salesforce is necessary for this role. This is an individual contributor position who will collaborate closely with business partners, dealer representatives, platform owners, and external vendors.

• Collaborate with business partners and platform owners to identify, integrate, and analyze multiple data sources for enhanced segmentation accuracy.
• Monitor data quality and integrity.

IT Analyst – Technical Infrastructure

Role Definition:

The IT Analyst – Technical Infrastructure is responsible for delivering reliable, direct infrastructure support across multiple manufacturing facilities in Corinth, MS. This role ensures high system availability, supports shop-floor operations, executes key infrastructure migrations, and coordinates with corporate teams and vendors to maintain stable, secure, and efficient IT operations. Job Summary
