Job Summary:

The OnPoint Marketing Operations team is hiring an Audience Segmentation Manager, who will bridge strategic planning and technical execution to implement personalized digital marketing at scale. This person will be considered a deep subject matter expert in developing and managing segmentation strategies that leverage multiple data sources.

A current Marketing Cloud Consultant Certification from Salesforce is necessary for this role. This is an individual contributor position who will collaborate closely with business partners, dealer representatives, platform owners, and external vendors.

  • Collaborate with business partners and platform owners to identify, integrate, and analyze multiple data sources for enhanced segmentation accuracy.
  • Monitor data quality and integrity.
  • Continuously test, refine, and optimize segmentation and personalization strategies based on campaign results and business objectives.

Caterpillar, Inc. seeks Software Test Engineer at its facility located at 501 SW Jefferson, Peoria, IL 61605. Design, modify, develop, write, and implement software programming applications in Java and Python for target systems using agile methods. Build, scale, and monitor components in AWS, including ECS (Fargate), Lambda functions, DynamoDB tables, Kinesis Data streams, Amazon Data Firehoses, Managed Apache Flink, S3, SNS, and SQS. Acquire client requirements and resolve workflow problems through automation optimization. Write source code for new applications and generate or enhance code samples for existing applications. Utilize Junit, Mockito, and Cucumber to build and test all applications. Validate Business Features with tests. Gather quality metrics as an output of testing to detect things such as gaps in coverage. Write SQL queries in Snowflake to perform actions such as creating Snowflake resources, querying tables and views in Snowflake, and building complex stored procedures. Use tools such as Query Analyzer to measure the performance of SQL queries and procedures and make appropriate optimization enhancements. Write deployment scripts for CI/CD pipelines to build code and deploy services onto AWS using CloudFormation templates. REQS: This position requires a bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Test Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field plus 3 years of experience as a Test Engineer, building deployment scripts or in a related occupation. Additionally, the applicant must have 3 years of employment experience with: (1) AWS; (2) Java; (3) Snowflake; (4) Building Deployment Scripts; (5) Spring Framework; (6) SQL; and (7) Ci/CD. Travel: None. Telecommuting: Up to 2 days/week.

Summary Pay Range:

$92,789.00 - $144,960.00

Caterpillar Inc. seeks Lead Business Intelligence Analyst at its facility located at 540 W Madison St, Chicago, Illinois 60661.

Contribute to the design, development, deployment, and quality of Caterpillar’s state-of-the-art digital platform by leading the development of advanced Data Quality methods and routines. Perform programming and development assignments. Provide programming and application/technical guidance, and assistance to other team members. Work directly on complex application/technical problem identification and resolution, including responding to off-shift and weekend support calls. Work independently on complex systems or infrastructure components that may be used by one or more applications or systems. Drive application development focused around delivering valuable business features. Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices and habits. Develop a structured application/interface code, new program documentation, operations documentation and user guides in a casual, flexible environment. Communicate with end users and internal customers to help direct development, debugging, and testing of application software for accuracy, integrity, interoperability, and completeness. Develop new functionality and applications on cross-functional Agile project teams. Perform integrated testing and customer acceptance testing of components that requires careful planning and execution to ensure timely, quality results. Telecommuting: 100% Telecommuting Allowed.

REQS: This position requires a master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Data Science, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field plus 4 years of experience as a Software Developer, Data Engineer, or related occupation in software development or related field.

Additionally, the applicant must have employment experience with: (1) Designing and implementing data processing and machine learning frameworks; (2) Python, NoSQL, and relational databases; (3) Compiling and standardizing diverse and non-sanitized datasets; (4) Integrating analytical models with existing data pipelines; (5) Statistical approaches, quantitative analytic methods, or data management techniques; (6) AWS full-stack development and services such as Athena, Glue, DynamoDB, EC2, EMR, RDS, S3, and Sage Maker; (7) Data warehouse systems such as: Snowflake or Hadoop; and (8) Visualizing data using BI software such as Tableau and MS Power BI.

Summary Pay Range:

$ 142,210.00 - $189,000
