Skywise Platform Industrialization and Training (40%)
- Best Practice Development: Industrialize best practices on the Skywise Digital Solutions cloud-based Foundry/AWS platform, leveraging value axis pillars to tackle operational inefficiencies.
- Onboarding and Curriculum: Establish and monitor time-based baseline metrics and KPIs for onboarding and enabling new members and business partners into the Skywise ecosystem.
- Team Mentorship: Coach and mentor Business Analysts and junior PMs to ensure technical workstreams remain on schedule and properly managed.
- Content Distribution: Organize the distribution of User Guides, Digital Learning modules, and Help Desk guides to ensure a premium level of service for internal and external customers.
Predictive Maintenance & Analytics Development (30%)
- Tool Administration: Manage and administer the Skywise Predictive Maintenance program to anticipate aircraft component failures by analyzing sensor data through advanced algorithms.
- Risk Mitigation: Convert costly unscheduled maintenance and AOG (Aircraft On Ground) events into scheduled repairs by anticipating faults and warnings through proactive analytics.
- Product Strategy: Collaborate with Digital Alliance partners to define joint product strategies, delivering unified front-end interfaces for "nose-to-tail" solutions.
Strategic Program Leadership (30%)
- Lifecycle Management: Lead E2E (end-to-end) strategic programs using Agile, Waterfall, and Scrum methodologies to deliver software enhancements with speed-to-market results.
- Vulnerability and Data Governance: Manage IT Cloud Architecture, Data Confidentiality, Intellectual Property (IP), and Data Regulation risk frameworks.

Digital Integration: 40%
- Strategy: follow the Digital Strategy defined by the Digital PMI (Post Merger Integration) Programme
- Business requirements & Business process impacts & analysis: gather, challenge and validate the local business requirements for Operations and drive the Business process impact analysis to ensure the IT / Digital solutions are appropriate
- Maintain, challenge and update the local Digital portfolio & Digital integrated roadmap for Operations, ensuring the availability, deployment and evolution of Digital solutions are aligned and secured with local business functions
- Being responsible for Operations business continuity, including managing adherence to agreements from the service provider; supporting the agreement exit planning in coordination with Group Digital team

- Together with the Digital regional Domains, being responsible for the Digital Operations service performance of the local site
- Supply Chain: In alignment with regional & global sourcing strategies: drive the suppliers activities related to Digital Operations solutions and services, track the suppliers performance for any deliveries for Operations, may it be for project or for run activities
Change and adoption: 15%
- Change: lead the change management / plant adoption and implementation of the Digital solutions being delivered to the Operations at plant level, whichever team, function, Airbus entity or external supplier delivers them.
